Shipping, Returns, and Canellations

At ZeroDrive™, we value our customers and their experience with our products. That's why we're always here to help with any inquiries you may have. Whether you have a question about our products, need assistance with your order, or just want to give us feedback, we strive to exceed expectations whatever the situation.

SHIPPING

Customer satisfaction and care is a top priority at ZeroDrive™. We strive to offer the highest quality tools for professional tool users. If you are having trouble using your ZeroDrive™ or have questions, please contact us prior to returning so we can assist you by emailing support@getZeroDrive.com.

U.S.A

​

We offer $10 UPS ground shipping on all orders for delivery in the United States. For orders over $100 we offer free UPS ground shipping.

​

International (outside of the USA)

​

We offer $30 standard shipping on orders to the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

For all other locations, standard shipping and handling charges apply.  Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the product(s) being shipped, third-party charges, local taxes and duties, and location.

 

For locations where VAT or other Taxes or charges apply, the purchaser is responsible for those charges. The purchase price includes only the tool and shipping.

Shipping Times

​

  • Shipping times for delivery within the United States via UPS takes approximately 2-5 business days once it leaves our warehouse.

  • International Shipping varies, but generally takes 6-10 business days.

  • Please note that some items within your order may ship separately.

ZeroDrive™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies, for governmental or customs-related delays, or for delays caused by weather, air traffic delays, transit delays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

 

RETURNS

​

Please contact orders@getZeroDrive.com for returns. We will need your order information and then issue will issue a return label.  You will then need to print the return label and apply it to the outside of the package to be returned.  Any package returned without a return label issued by ZeroDrive™ will not be eligible for refund.

For US customers submitting returns, please allow approximately 3-5 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return to be processed and approximately 5-7 business days thereafter for refunds to be applied to the original form of payment, minus any charges for shipping and handling or exchanges.  This process may take longer for international orders. For returns outside the US, please contact Customer Care directly at orders@getZeroDrive.com.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to honor a cancellation request. Our goal is to prepare orders for shipment as quickly as possible and once orders are delivered to shipping, we cannot change or cancel the order.

To request an order cancellation, please contact orders@getZeroDrive.com as soon as possible so they can attempt to intercept your order before it is delivered to shipping.

All cancellation requests must be emailed orders@getZeroDrive.com with the subject line “Cancel Order #XXX” with your order number. Please include your order number in both the subject and body of your email. Once your order has been cancelled, we are unable to reactivate the same purchase again.

​

If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are placed immediately but may take approximately to 3 – 5 business days, or longer in some cases, to be processed by your banking institution and returned to your original form of payment.
